Family Business Succession – Professional Development Event

Bea Wolper will present on the topic of Family Business Succession at the University of Findlay.

The presentation will introduce ways to “start the conversation” with the owners of and advisors for a family business in order to prepare for a successful transition to the next generation.

The presentation will include topics such as procrastination, goals and steps to take. She will introduce the seven aspects of succession planning and discuss useful tips for business owners and advisors alike to navigate these challenging transitions. Additionally, the presentation will include discussions on how to explore and create a family legacy through strategic planning and the use of beneficial charitable techniques.
