Bea Wolper will present an Ohio Bar Continuing Education Course on “Family Business Succession;: Why is it Different?”.

The course will outline the reasons why only 3 percent of family businesses survive to the 4th generation, and will provide some solutions to family business succession problems.  Attorneys and accountants who represent businesses owned by family members will learn helpful “tips” to help make the succession journey less difficult.
