Kelly Jasin is the President of Emens Wolper Jacobs Jasin Law Firm Co., LPA. Her primary areas of practice include Wills/Trusts/Estate Planning, Family Business, including succession planning and family business disputes, Asset Protection issues, Mergers and Acquisitions, General Corporate law and Probate Administration. Kelly is recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the category of Closely Held Businesses in Ohio and by “Best Lawyers in America” in the categories of Closely Held Companies and Family Business Law and Trusts and Estates. She frequently writes and lectures on the topics of estate planning, family-owned business issues and asset protection.

She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, Women Lawyers of Franklin County, The Charitable Gift Planners of Central Ohio, and the Worthington Estate Planning Council. She has also served as a mentor to Capital University Law School Women’s Law Association members. She also is a regular presenter at the Conway Center for Family Business – a local non-profit organization whose mission is to advance and preserve the interests of family-owned businesses.

Kelly received her B.A. from The Ohio State University where she majored in Psychology with an emphasis on judgment and decision-making studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School where she served as vice-president of the Sports & Entertainment Law Association and Membership Chair of the American Constitution Society.

Kelly is a Columbus native and currently resides in New Albany, Ohio with her husband, Bryan, and their two children.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, home improvement projects and gardening.
