The easements currently being acquired, especially for transmission of natural gas and natural gas liquids and gas storage, require more scrutiny and appropriate language than in the past. Today, landowners need more knowledge, compensation, and protection than previously. We negotiate with companies seeking utility & pipeline easements and will provide litigation experience when appropriate.
