Todd M. Kildow joined the Emens & Wolper St. Clairsville office in April 2018. Todd focuses his practice on Real Estate Law, Estate & Elder Law Planning, Probate Law/Estate Administration, Oil & Gas/ODMA issues, Commercial Law, Small Business & Limited Liability Companies, Creditor Collections & Foreclosures, and General Civil litigation. Todd currently serves as counsel to Belmont Savings Bank and Bayer Heritage Federal Credit Union.

Todd received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mount Union College in 1987 where he was a member of the Mount Union Varsity Baseball Team and Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity. Todd worked as an Operations Manager for Yellow Freight Systems for two years prior to earning his law degree from Ohio Northern University in 1993. Todd previously served on the Union Local School Board, Community Mental Health Board and volunteered as counsel to the Union Alumni Association, Union Local Education Foundation and the Union Local Touchdown Club. Todd has served as faculty for the National Business Institute’s Continuing Education Seminar on Elder Care in West Virginia and as an adjunct professor of Sports Law at Wheeling Jesuit University. Todd has four children: Ty, Cal, Casey & Torre. Todd spends much of his spare time reading, staying healthy and going to volleyball games to watch Casey (Univ. of Mount Union) and Torre (Ohio University) live out their dreams.

Todd is admitted to practice in the States of Ohio and West Virginia as well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Northern District of West Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar and the Belmont County Bar Association. Todd is past president of the Belmont County Bar Association and former Bar Counsel to the Belmont County Grievance Committee.
